Games People Play Documentary Series - 6 Episodes

This media project examines game players and high-achieving competitors with a variety of pursuits. These individuals and teams have all achieved tremendous success and notoriety at the top of their “Game,” be it Olympic Games, card games, board games or the obscure pursuits out there that must be seen to be believed. All these subjects have in common that they are taking their desire to compete to the highest level.

Being immersed in their lives, we are granted a privileged insight into their unique training, motivations, dedication, methods, rituals, and, no doubt, eccentricities. We discover what makes them exceptional at their competition of choice. More than anything, we witness the joy they get from playing their chosen game at a level to be the best in the world. These subjects have all found and thrive at that intersection of two important driving factors in their lives - what they love and are excellent at!
